It is important to note that any work being completed onsite needs to be done by an approved tradesperson with the appropriate trade certification and insurance cover, be approved by the Body Corporate, and have completed a health and safety induction if they are new to the building.

Owners and Tenants allowing works to be conducted by non approved workpersons are deemed to be in breach of the BC326030 Registered Rules of the building.
